If you have a low income you may be entitled to help towards the cost of your NHS dental treatment.
Depending on your circumstances, you might be eligible to recieve a HC2 certificate which would mean you get free NHS dental treatment, or a HC3 certificate which would mean you get some help towards the cost of NHS dental treatment.
To apply for help towards the cost of your NHS dental treatment you need to fill out a form called a HC1 form.
