Cancelling your appointment

If you are unable to make your appointment please contact the practice and we will happily re-arrange this for you. If you do need to cancel please give at least 2 working days notice so your appointment can be offered to another patient.

To cancel your appointment please call reception on 0161 438 0446 with as much notice as possible.

Missed appointments policy

If you cancel your appointment with less than 1 working days notice this will be counted as a missed appointment. If you miss your first appointment, or any two appointments then we wont offer you any more appointments.

Extenuating circumstances

If you have extenuating circumstances which prevented you from attending your appointment, you can submit these in writing with supporting evidence by email or post.

Finding a new dentist

If you have missed two appointments and so need to register with a new dentist, you can find your closest NHS dentists taking new patients at Dental Choices.

Missed appointments policy for children

Children can only receive the healthcare they need if they are brought to their appointments. If children are repeatedly not brought to their dental appointments, its our policy to report this to social services so that they can investigate further and provide support where needed.
